The Meta-Baron hides in his Meta-Bunker. The Techno Empire techno-monitors him. But when the Techno-Pope learns that the Meta-Baron is heading back to Marmola, his ancestors' planet, he has good reason to worry. This planet is known as the source of the Epiphyte, a fuel to extraordinary properties which the empire controls. The Meta-Baron is a huge problem! He must be neutralized. But how to neutralize the ultimate warrior? The Techno-Pope decides to appoint a new governor to Marmola choosing Wilhelm-100, a warrior with steel prostheses and limitless cruelty.
